On Way to Kentucky

Last night, after a long bus trip where the cast helped entertain the kids playing games (or the kids entertained the cast, depending on whose perspective,) we arrived at the hotel almost at 1am last night.Erin was the lucky winner of the cast pool money for guessing correctly what time we would arrive. Missy and John were really close.....but no cigar! I was soooooooooooo looking forward to jumping right into bed but after playing treasure hunt to find our room we discovered the toliet did not work. After dealing with the toliet on the bus...I really wanted a working one in the hotel! We had to find our way back to the lobby (thank goodness we left a bread crumb trail). After Tyler graciously helped us get assigned to a new room it was a new adventure to find the actual stair case that led to the 2nd floor. Since the last two hotels did not have elevators I have to really thank the crew for helping the tired cast and parents. The crew came through for the second night in a row. Thanks David for helping the night before and Walter for saving the day yesterday because at that time of night the luggage feels about 300 lbs. I have to say the three boys have been exceptionally good on the bus and I am very proud of them. Three hours is usually spent on school with the Jerimiah, the tutor. He usually lets them take a nap before beginning school on these long bus rides. After school the kids have been reading, playing their computer or DS games and chatting with the other cast members. Mikey is really looking forward to seeing his sister, Dad and Aunt Eileen in Binghatom this weekend. He sends a shout out to Reilly and wants his friends and family to know he will "Be Back Soon." Now we are back on the bus on way to Kentucky. Driving through some cloudy weather but we left the snow behind in Montana with the bears. We are expected to arrive sometime after 9pm. We have a show tomorrow night so we will be able to rest in the hotel all day tomorrow. That is all for now.
